Dr. Klein has closed
his practice. Click here for more
information regarding that. However, he and his patients are
fortunate that he has found a nice, caring, young family physician
to take over his practice.
May 27, 2005
Dear patients,
I am happy to announce that Razmig Krumian, D.O. will be taking
over my practice effective June 1, 2005. He is a board certified
family physician who shares my philosophy of providing quality,
caring, and thorough care to patients. He is a local Southern Californian
who did his residency training at the prestigious Long Beach Memorial
Hospital Family Medicine program. He started practicing in the Conejo
Valley in April 2003 with another community physician, and has decided
to begin a solo family practice.
Dr. Krumian has excellent qualifications and I am certain that
you will enjoy meeting him. He has a strong background in both inpatient
and outpatient medicine, as well as an empathic and gentle bedside
manner. Some of you have noticed that Dr. Krumian has different
initials after his name. As are many other very fine physicians
in this community, Dr. Krumian is an osteopathic physician and in
addition to "regular" western or allopathic medicine he
has been trained in manipulative medicine, which he uses to diagnose
and treat common ailments such as musculoskeletal pain and certain
types of headaches. This is something that he will be able to explain
to you better than I can!
For the next month, Dr. Krumian will be satisfying his professional
obligations at the Westlake Village Urgent Care, but will be available
to take care of most of your health care needs there. In July 2005,
he will move the practice to 32144 Agoura Rd, Suite 218, the beige
building just to the east of my present location. (Unfortunately
the practice needs to be relocated because my suite had already
been leased to another physician.) Please note that the phone number
will remain the same for now, but in the future will be changing
to 818-889-9230.
Dr. Krumian is a preferred provider for most PPO insurances, Tricare
and Medicare, and will welcome new patients. He will also continue
to see my Health Net, Blue Cross and Cigna HMO patients that were
being seen through Regal Medical Group.
You will be receiving some additional background information on
Dr. Krumian in the mail so you will have the opportunity to get
to know a little more about him. That way when you need to call
for an appointment, you know whom you will be seeing. I think you
will like him.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Klein, M.D.
