ACP Journal Club Reviews and provides commentary on "the most pertinent internal medicine-related articles from the leading medical journals." Site includes full table of contents and selected summaries and commentaries of articles from current and past issues, has search capability, a good content site.

Annals of Internal Medicine Includes full, annotated table of contents and selected full-text articles, editorials and other content from current and past issues of the printed journal. Also has search capability. A good content site.

Archives of Family Medicine Includes full table of contents, article abstracts, and selected full-text articles from current and past issues. Has search capability.

Bandolier Full text, online version of a monthly journal containing "bullet points of evidence based medicine" from the medical literature. Provides summaries and reviews of evidence based articles in the medical literature on a variety of clinical topics, including many common primary care topics. Information is indexed by clinical subject and journal issue and also accessibly via their new search engine. An excellent site for clinical info on the web!

British Medical Journal Includes full table of contents and selected abstracts, editorials and other content from current and past issues of the printed journal. Has good search capability. No full-text articles.

Family Practice "An international journal aimed at practitioners, teachers, and researchers in the fields of family medicine, general practice, and primary care..." published by Oxford University Press. Includes table of contents and article abstracts from current and past issues. Has search capability. No full text articles.

Journal Club on the Web An online, interactive medical literature review created and maintained by Michael Jacobson, MD, MPH. Provides summaries and commentaries of articles, primarily in the field on internal medicine, from the recent medical literature and includes reader comments as well. Has table of contents and search capability.  An excellent clinical resource.

Journal of Family Medicine On-Line "A journal of current medical therapeutics for family medicine" publishesd by Current Clinical Strategies. A full text, peer reviewed, online journal with articles on a variety of family medicine-related clinical topics. For the most part, appears more like a clinical reference text with some original contributions. Has full table of contents. Many of the articles require Acrobat Reader 3.0, which can be downloaded for free with a link provided at this site. Excellent clinical content resource.

Medical Tribune: Family Physician Edition

Morbidity & Mortality Weekly Report Full text of the CDC's MMWR publications. The weekly MMWR is "based on weekly reports to CDC by state health departments." These files require Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0, which can be downloaded for free with a link provided at this site. The site also includes a searchable index.

New England Journal of Medicine Includes full table of contents, article abstracts, and full text of editorials and other content from current and past issues of the printed journal. No full text original articles or review articles.
